We will ship your merchandise local, nationally or abroad.  Shipping will be evaluated by the most cost efficient carrier. Shipping cost may need to be adjusted for international shipments.

Return Policy

Grand Lady products are created with great care and quality assurance that you would never want to return any of these products.  Due to the sensitive nature of the products we encourage you to be aware of the limited shelf of all natural products. Please contact our customer service immediately to discuss returning the remaining unused products.   No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.  Shipping and Handling are non-refundable.   If you should choose to cancel the order, please contact Grand Lady Basket Boutique within 24 hours of your order.
